Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items such as sale items, intimate goods, or custom/personalized products are non-returnable.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at lakute.thailand2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at lakute.thailand2023@gmail.com.

International Orders (Malaysia & UAE) For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit. Import duties and taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable.
